Outdoor Lights · proposed 2026 packages
Pick your glow. Know what you’re getting.
Three concrete starting points. One written scope. All rates subject to scope and contractor cost confirmation.
Spark
A focused roofline. A bright first impression. Keep it compact.
Proposed starting estimates, not fixed-price commitments. Spark is strictly for compact, single-story rooflines with limited footage; the exact allowance must be agreed in your quote. All footage, materials, activity inclusions, maintenance, removal and exclusions require a final written scope and contractor cost confirmation. No blanket price-match guarantee or unapproved warranty.
Your home. Your scope. No made-up urgency.
Reservations only after scope, contractor costs and crew capacity are confirmed. Optional extras are paid and itemized. A quote request is not a booking.
A tree that’s ready for the gathering. A room that feels like the season. Choose the help you actually want—then review a separate, itemized price.
Indoor tree setup
Indoor decorating
Outdoor garland & wreaths
Additional or standalone takedown
Proposed options only. Decor quantities, supplied or customer-owned materials, safe access, takedown and contractor availability must be confirmed. Package seasonal removal is not charged again as an extra.
Pick a little connection—not another complicated production. Glow proposes one simple family activity in an agreed format. Additional experiences are optional paid extras.
Keep the memory
Illuminate Your Story
Optional family memory ornaments and prompt cards. Share a story, mark a milestone, make room for each other.
Memory ornaments are keepsakes—never throwing objects.
Our prevention vision centers on belonging, coping skills and opportunity. These activities support connection; they are not treatment, do not cure anger, and are not claimed to prevent addiction. Availability, activity format, materials, supervision and price require a written scope.
Lights Locker · optional paid home-storage
Small footprint. Ready for next season.
Labeled lights. Organized decor. Reusable activities packed together. Proposed compact packing and labeling for storage at your home, with container sizes and contents agreed in your quote.
Not off-site storage. No facility or subscription implied. Ownership, containers, packing, suitable dry storage space and price are confirmed in writing.
Start with a photo-based quote. Pay only after you approve the plan.

A Road To Rituals™ initiative
More light. More possibility.
Design inspiration, not completed work
Our purpose, from day one
Real work. Real possibility.
TUFR Strategies™ presents ILLUMINATE THE HOLIDAYS 2026 — one seasonal project in a broader life-powered entrepreneurship and workforce opportunity model.
As the economic opportunity and entrepreneurship arm of Road To Rituals™, TUFR Strategies™ turns lived experience, talents, passions, skills, relationships and wisdom into real offers for paying customers. This seasonal lighting project puts that vision into practice through proposed services and pathways to paid, skilled work and community connections for recovery communities. Meaningful work should be voluntary, safe and fairly compensated.
Our vision also includes future opportunities for their children: belonging, coping skills, positive mentorship, prevention education and exposure to skilled jobs. Community connection matters; a holiday game is not prevention or treatment on its own. A crew member’s personal story stays theirs; not everyone on a crew is in recovery.
5%
Our plan: reserve 5% of completed-project revenue for documented recovery and youth opportunity initiatives, funded by completed customer purchases—not an added donation charge.
Allocation details and partner organizations will be published as established. This is a new initiative, not a registered charity or an existing program. Purchases are not tax-deductible charitable contributions.

The founder’s vision · beyond the season
Build a life you love waking up to—and income streams that support it
Our founder’s journey of healing from substance addiction meant learning to face discomfort rather than escape reality. That lived transformation informs a vision for economic opportunity for recovery communities and their children—not a promise of anyone else’s recovery.
TUFR™ is the foundational lifestyle rhythm. TUFR Strategies™ is the strategic monetization of that life: helping people move beyond the rat race and develop sustainable revenue streams from their lived experience, talents, passions, skills, relationships and wisdom.
Income doesn’t appear simply from living. It takes real offers, skills, work, paying customers and ethical economics. The goal is a life you love waking up to, supported by income streams you actively build—not guaranteed recovery or passive income.
ILLUMINATE THE HOLIDAYS 2026 is one seasonal expression of that broader vision. Today, the next step is simple: explore a lighting design for your home.
Request handyman / exterior maintenance help, including roofing and contractor connections. Availability, qualifications, insurance and a separate written scope must be confirmed before any scheduling.
We’re inviting qualified contractors, roofers, lighting installers and handypeople to express interest in our launch network. We also welcome inquiries about future workforce opportunities.
Voluntary, safe and fairly compensated work
Appropriate skills and qualifications for each scope
Insurance verified before contractor scheduling
Local rules and safe access always come first
This is network development, not a promise of bookings or a job offer. An uninsured inquiry can begin a conversation, but does not qualify someone for exterior work.
Our booking campaign runs October 15–December 15, 2026. Installation depends on your final estimate, confirmed crew capacity, weather and safe conditions. Seasonal removal is proposed in each outdoor package and scheduled after the holidays in your written scope; December 15 is not a removal cutoff. Additional or standalone takedown is an optional paid service, quoted separately.
What is included at the proposed starting prices?
Spark starts from $549 for a strictly compact, single-story roofline with limited footage and seasonal removal. Glow starts from $999 for a defined roofline, decorated entry and simple family activity. Illuminate Experience starts from $1,999 for expanded architectural lighting, decoration and an optional connection experience. We have not set a universal footage allowance: your eligible footage, materials, activity format and exclusions must be defined in the written estimate before you reserve. Larger or more complex properties cost more.
Are these confirmed prices or a price-match guarantee?
No. These are proposed starting estimates, subject to final scope and contractor cost confirmation, property complexity, access, materials and availability. Optional extras are paid and itemized unless specifically included in your package scope. No blanket price-match guarantee or unapproved warranty is offered. There is no payment required to request a quote.
Do you supply lights, and who stores them?
Professional-grade LEDs are proposed for the outdoor packages. Quantities, ownership or rental, maintenance, electrical access and any exclusions are set out in the final estimate. Lights Locker is optional paid labeling and compact packing for storage at your home—not an off-site storage facility or an ongoing storage subscription.
Can I book indoor decorating or family experiences?
You can request indoor tree setup, indoor decorating, outdoor garland or wreaths, memory ornaments and prompt cards, a soft-target activity, or reusable LED cornhole and ring toss. These are proposed paid options, not confirmed services; materials, supervision, suitability, cost and contractor availability require a written scope. Glow proposes one simple family activity in an agreed format; other options are itemized separately.
What is “Toss It, Don’t Bottle It”?
An optional, lighthearted activity using harmless soft fabric balls thrown at a purpose-built soft target. Never throw ornaments or throw at trees, people or decorations. Activities require age-appropriate supervision and a clear, suitable space. These are connection activities—not treatment, anger cures or a claim that a game prevents addiction.
How does the planned 5% initiative work?
Our plan is to reserve 5% of completed-project revenue for documented recovery and youth opportunity initiatives. This planned allocation is funded by completed customer purchases, not an additional donation charge. Details, allocations and partners will be published as established; no current charity partnership or existing program is claimed. TUFR Strategies™ is not a registered charity, and purchases are not tax-deductible charitable contributions.
What electrical access and roof safety are needed?
A qualified contractor must assess power, outdoor outlets, circuit capacity, weather protection, roof pitch, height and access before scheduling. Insurance must be verified and local rules followed. Electrical upgrades need a separate scope. Unsafe roof access is not promised; safer alternatives may be offered or work declined.
Which areas are included?
Malvern, PA and the Main Line / Greater Philadelphia area, including Paoli, Berwyn, Devon, Wayne, West Chester, Newtown Square, King of Prussia and Bryn Mawr. ZIP coverage and reservations depend on confirmed contractor capacity and your final quote. No unverified “last slots” claims.
Can I request handyman or exterior maintenance help?
Yes. Add that inquiry to your quote request. These are proposed contractor connections, not confirmed services. Each trade needs a separate written scope, appropriate qualifications and verified insurance before scheduling.
